MSI Services started its operations in 2006 in Bangalore, India. From an initial set up of 2 employees the company has grown to 350+ employees, offering end to end services to its parent company MSI in USA.

We offer a broad spectrum of services to our 34+ distribution centers, client servicing, IT support. The team also handles order-related processing, status and delivery scheduling. With our round-the-clock service, we upkeep satisfaction-levels of MSI’s business partners, as well as customers.

Having access to all areas of the business we identify and analyze the core strength and weaknesses in the system and provide recommendations which in turn assists the business heads to make informative decisions.

The company manages distribution centers across the United States and Canada, with an inventory of over 125 million square feet.MSI also has purchasing offices in India, China, Brazil, and Turkey.
