Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility is a not-for-profit initiative that enables employees to take part in meaningful causes that contribute towards social development while improving their own overall quality of life, as well as that of their families. The initiative allows employees to connect to the company as a community-space affecting positive social change too. MSI's CSR initiative was born out of the company's responsibility towards contributing back to society, especially as a global business enterprise occupying a leadership role in its industry. The company contributes towards actions that help build, strengthen and encourage children in society who face extraneous challenges. MSI Services looks to support causes and organisations that help:

  • Nurture and strengthen the institution of family
  • Focus on underprivileged and rehabilitated children
  • Engage younger generations in learning programmes that enrich them with academic and real-life skills
  • Build a better future for the world in a scalable and sustainable manner by contributing at the grass-roots level of the community

MSI, as a part of this endeavour, is involved with two NGOs: Mathru Shree Manovikasa Kendra and BOSCO. As a part of the company’s CSR initiatives, employees engage with and contribute to these organisations every quarter.

Mathru Shree Manovikasa Kendra:

A 12 year old non-profit, non-commercial, voluntary organization dedicated to the welfare of the differently-abled children. The organisation has two branches (Kumara Park and Nelmangala) that has 123 mentally challenged orphans aged from 2 months to 22 years. The donation to sponsor a child is Rs.3000 per month.

An NGO that rescues vulnerable children off the street. The organisation rescues about 15-20 children every day, from different parts of Bangalore. Over the course of its work, BOSCO has earned recognition for its contributions from different parts of the community as well as from the government. Among the many testaments it has received for its work, the 'National Award for Child Welfare', awarded at the Rashtrapathi Bhavan on 14th Nov 2015, stands out. MSI India, has been contributing for 7 children towards their yearly education.
