From an initial set up of two employees, the company has grown over 500 employees, with an average growth of 20% in the last 4 years. MSI Services offer end to end support to the parent company in US.
With a precise, state-of-the-art management system, MSI Services liaisons between vendors and customers with information related to purchases, stock on hand, customer orders, and imports. The IT team at MSI services employs advanced technology obtainable to unify the system and provide supply chain visibility. The system helps to enable multi-user capability in a network with over 750 terminals.
Additionally, we have developed custom web-based portals for customers depending on their requirements, processing, and fulfillment seamlessly in real-time. It accurately delivers information related to distribution management, order processing, status update, and delivery scheduling.
For MSI, MSI Services is a shared service than an outsource service, MSI Services manages over 270 processes with 650 employees, offering a broad portfolio of enterprise services to our value chain.
