MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring for the role of “Talent Acquisition Manager” for our business operations in Bangalore, India.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 15 recruiters that will support the U.S. and Canadian locations
- Help to build a high performing team of recruiters that will meet all talent acquisitions goals
- Address employee performance, and conducts annual performance reviews
- Prepare HR metrics reports on a biweekly basis, and presents the findings to talent acquisition and HR management
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all requisitions are fulfilled within a timely manner
- Leverage diverse candidate pools to acquire the best talent and expedite the recruitment process
- Develop a deep understanding of MSI’s culture and our talent acquisition strategy
- Partner with HR and operations to develop a deep understanding of each location’s unique requirements and builds strong working relationships to establish trust in the recruitment process
- Establish team performance goals, metrics, timelines, and a formal process to measure and manage progress
- Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to achieve the Company’s hiring goals
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
- Measure the effectiveness of recruitment advertising efforts, talent attraction marketing campaigns, and Recruiter communications strategies
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Performs additional duties as required and or requested
Qualification requirements:
- 4+ years supervising and developing employees in the US Recruiting function
- 8+ years of US Recruiting industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Approaches challenges with an upbeat attitude
