Duties and Responsibilities:


 Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications.
 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
 Independently handle IT/ITES sourcing to offer
 Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
 Coordinate with HR team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
 Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Bachelor’s or Masters in any related field.
 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
 Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
